Job Description
- Support Talent Acquisition Support Team for daily operations (e.g. job posting, interview arrangement, orientation, distribute case from generic mailbox and assignment group, etc.)
- Support local activities (e.g. onboarding formalities, staff card and access card mailing and delivery, regulatory check, etc.)
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager
Requirement
- Good communication skills and can work under pressure
- Quick learner and team player
- Proficient in English reading and writing
